Running Accomplishments:

I first started running at a very young age. All my family have been runners so it was expected of me to do the same. As i grew up i did lots of 5K's but nothing longer then that. Once i was in 9th grade and started high school i finally realized that i loved running and i needed to train and push myself. My PR for a 5K/ Cross country race is a 16:24. In Track i run the 3600, my PR is a 10:11. I have also run a couple half marathons. Pr is 1:20:01 on the Top of Utah Half.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run under a 15:30 at the Utah State Championships for Cross Country. Also like to be top ten at state. I would also like to run under a 1:15 for the TOU half marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run at least a couple full marathons but nothing to much bigger. Running Boston is one of those marathons I would really like to do. I havent decided what else i will like to try for in my long term running goals.

Personal:

I run for Mountain Crest High School.

Highland invite down at sugar house park. I ran a 16:30. A little dissapointing but its only the first race of the season so im excited. I was going for a 15:45 but just couldnt make it happen. Team took 12th out of 50 teams and only 10 points behind 11th. We beat everyone from our region. Felt good and excited for the rest of the season.
